The thing I love about wraps and tortillas is that, usually, they've got less carbs than bread. This is great because I love carbs, I really do, but when they're making it difficult to fit into my favorite pair of jeans, then we've got a problem. I like to think that I live a healthy lifestyle, and, also, that I promote living a healthy lifestyle (especially to my kids).
I've found that it's all about balance - balancing your diet and exercise, your work and family, your laundry and the phone on your shoulder - that's why I decided to post this little activities list that I found. It'll help you burn some extra calories without breaking any promises to yourself or buying an expensive gym membership that you'll never use.
Here are some activities that will help burn a few extra calories, and won't flex your schedule too much.
